“ Great food and great people!!! Came on a Saturday around 10AM and was greeted immediately. I got the turtle waffle and my husband got the maple bacon waffle both are super good. I've never had waffles like this place either, super crispy and fresh and not soggy at all!!! If you're in the area please stop by this place! ”

“ I was hesitant: a waffle food truck? But boy is this place wonderful! First off, the coffee is full-flavored, yay! I ordered the savory GOAT waffle which was original and delicious, with fresh rosemary. Others had a more standard breakfast waffle, one with syrup, other with "make-your-own" choice of fresh fruit compote and whipped cream. Side orders of eggs added the protein we needed. Plenty of room to sit in the next-door brewery picnic area. Servers/chef in the truck were friendly and fast, especially considering everything is to order. Not sure when we'll get back to Tumwater but we'll be sure to stop by Abe's! ”
“ We stopped by on Sunday morning to give this place a try. The ladies in the truck were so fun and super friendly. They gave us some great suggestions to try as we hadn't been here before. I tried the spicy jalapeño chicken and waffles, and my husband tried the beer cheese chicken and waffles. Both were delicious! The chicken was still really moist and the waffle was light and airy--and just FYI...it is a savory waffle. The food is cooked fresh and there was plenty of seating! We will come back and try the sweet waffle next time! ”
“ Great little food cart situated next to a ton of breweries. They have a good amount of seating available. The waffles are light and crispy, and the fried chicken is really tasty (also HUGE portions of chicken). Their house made beer cheese is awesome! Their house made BBQ is okay. It's really thick and you can really taste the caramelized onion in it! We were excited to try the potato cakes (got one cheesy and one regular) and they are WEIRD. I expected some kind of crisp shredded potato thing, but they're essentially mashed potatoes that have been tossed on a griddle. They're not bad, but not at all what I was expecting. ”
“ Abe's Waffles is a food truck that is in the parking lot of a fairly new marketplace type area in Tumwater. Not only does this area hold much promise once it's fully open but Abe's makes a wonderful food option here. You can get savory or sweet waffles and I got one of each. For the savory one I got the Green Goddess which was definitely oriented for avocado and a sweet Strawberry waffle which was wonderful. Ingredients were very fresh and it was reflected so in the flavors. Plenty of other choices from this waffle menu to absorb and definitely worth a return visit to try more of those options! ”

“ So, its a food truck. Seating is as you can find it indoors and outdoors. But. Gluten Free Belgian waffles are available. Hold the Banana Foster for me. So I haven't eaten a waffle in over 10 years. This was a treat. ”
“ Abe's has been a staple in my brunch routine since the new management. Although they've relocated a bit further from me it's always nice to go and get my sweet and savory combination. the cookie butter bliss is a plain waffle drizzled with cookie butter, pecans, whip cream and a biscoff cookie. I also get a friend chicken breast on the side with a side of smoky aioli. There are several waffles on the sweet and savory menu and you also have the option to build your own. There's something for everyone. ”
